The apartment has everything you need to feel at home and relaxed. 2-minute walk from downtown restaurants and bar. City transit right outside the building.As our guest please be courteous with our neighbors. Please keep volume to a minimum in the hallways and stairs. Please note that this rental is NOT intended for parties or loud social gatherings. We want guests to enjoy themselves but not at the cost of the neighbors and we have strict rules in place to ensure that there are no issues throughout your stay.-Early check-in fee: $30-Late check-out fee: $30-Failure to disclose a pet: $150 fine, pets are not allowed in building.-Events/Parties: $150 fine and removal from property-Smoking: $100 fine and removal from property-Missing towels/linens: fined per item-Missing silverware/cookware: fined per item

There were no paper towels or hand towels in the bathroom to use of course they were shared bathrooms but only one shower was in working condition. They didn’t share with us. How many people were going to be using those two bathrooms so we assume maybe two or three other people but there were a lot multiple couples it was loud in the morning, had to take off her shoes, which is fine light shining through the door hard to sleep noise on other side of the wall no outlets by the bed lights were questionable | Stayed 2 nights in May 2024 | ||

Microwave interior has RTV (rubber sealing) to hide cracks inside the unit. Bathroom shower nozzle filthy and corroded. (did not shower there). Could not sleep due to the traffic noise outside. Listed as a Kings size bed, but it was either a full or queensize bed. Just a horrible disaster, do not waste your money, I’m very sorry I picked this place. Will be reporting it to VRBO. | ||||

We had minor issues but are still very satisfied. I will communicate these direct to the owner as if you don’t stay in the unit you’re unaware of any issues. I recommend staying here if the apartment size meets your requirements. Nothing fancy but it works. |
